Hello, and thank you for the information about nose jobs. There are obviously a lot of things to consider. I am really looking forward to talking with you about my the case of my son who is a teenager. I also had a nose job when I was 27 but I think it could have been done quite a bit better. Especially if you go through all the trouble to have a nose job, you would like it to be done correctly. It’s not that mine was so wrong, it’s just not a great nose job. My nose is still too big. Why did I spend all that money on my surgeon for him to not fix the problem? It is really refreshing to know that I can have this fixed, even though it has been oer ten years since my first surgery. I don;t want to be a Michael Jackson, but, I am happy that it’s considered O.K. to have a poor job fixed.
I have heard many things about your practice and I am very pleased that I spent over a year to find you. I can see by the pages of results you have provided and the photographs of patients who have had successful rhinoplasty that you are among the best in the world. I am looking forward to helping you. I don’t think we have free consultations, but they are deducted from your surgery so, in other words, if you seek out my expertise and spend an hour learnig a lot about your nose and the tretment options, but then decide to go elsewhere or just not have the procedure; you have at least gained good information for the ~#100.000 fee. If you decide to have me perform the surgery, that $100 will be deducted from your fees….its all good. You say kind things and I wish you would let your opiinon [copy and paste] be known in those rhinoplsty discussion groups. Thanks and keep the faith.
